2. Access to the service
The app is reserved for parents or legal guardians. Use by a child takes place under the exclusive supervision of an adult.
3. User account
A parent account is required to access the service. The user is responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential.
4. Free and premium versions
Elyvel offers:
- A free version with limited features
- A premium version accessible via subscription or one-time purchase
5. Liability – Non-medical device clause
Elyvel is a playful, educational tool. The app is in no way a medical, psychological, or therapeutic device. It replaces neither medical care nor support from a health or education professional. The publisher cannot be held liable for consequences arising from a misinterpretation or misuse of the app.
6. User conduct
The user agrees to use the app in a manner consistent with its purpose, with respect for the child.
7. Intellectual property
The entire app and its content are protected by intellectual property law.
8. Suspension or deletion
The publisher reserves the right to suspend or delete an account in the event of abuse or non-compliance with the Terms of Use.
9. Changes to the Terms of Use
The Terms of Use may be changed at any time. Users will be notified through the app.
10. Applicable law
These Terms of Use are governed by French law.
