Terms of Sale

1. Purpose
These Terms of Sale govern the sale of the premium offerings of the Elyvel app.
2. Offerings
The offerings available may include:
- Monthly subscription
- Annual subscription
- One-time purchase (lifetime)
3. Price
Prices are shown in the currency of the user's store (Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or website). Prices may be changed at any time.
4. Payment
Payments are handled by the distribution platforms (Apple, Google) or payment providers. Elyvel never has access to banking data.
5. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the user expressly waives their right of withdrawal for digital content supplied immediately after purchase.
6. Cancellation
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from the relevant store. Premium access remains active until the end of the current period.
7. Liability
The publisher's liability is limited to the amount paid by the user over the last 12 months.
8. Applicable law and disputes
These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. Failing an amicable resolution, the French courts shall have jurisdiction.
