We collect only the data strictly necessary for the app to function:
- Email address
- Information related to use of the app
- Data related to subscriptions (via the stores or payment providers)
No banking data is stored by Elyvel.
3. Data concerning children
Children do not have their own accounts. All data is tied to the parent's account. No sensitive data concerning children is collected.
4. Purposes
The data is used to:
- Provide and improve the service
- Manage access to premium features
- Provide user support
- Meet our legal obligations
5. Legal basis
Processing is based on:
- Performance of the contract
- The parent's consent
- Legal obligations
6. Hosting and security
Data is hosted within the European Union via Supabase. Technical and organizational measures are in place to ensure data security.
7. Data sharing
No personal data is sold or transferred to third parties. Some data may be processed by strictly necessary technical providers (hosting, payment).
8. Retention period
Data is kept as long as the account is active. It is deleted upon request or after the account is deleted.
9. User rights
In accordance with the GDPR, you have the following rights: access, rectification, deletion, objection, and restriction.
You can exercise your rights through the app or by email at admin@elyvel.com.
10. Account deletion
An account deletion button is available directly in the app. Deletion results in the permanent erasure of the associated data.
11. No cookies
Elyvel uses no third-party cookies or trackers subject to consent.
